Following these guidelines helps ensure your safety, comfort, and readiness for your procedure.
Before You Arrive
Bring your insurance card(s) and a valid photo ID
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible:

Wear comfortable clothing
Please avoid makeup and nail polish
You will change into a hospital gown before your procedure
Transportation Reminder
You must have a responsible adult with you to drive you home after your procedure
You may receive medications that can cause drowsiness or delayed reaction time, making it unsafe to drive yourself
Fasting Instructions
Do not eat or drink anything for 8 hours before your appointment
This does not apply to vascular mapping or catheter removal procedures

Medications and Special Conditions
If you are taking blood thinners, please call our office for instructions
If you are diabetic, contact our staff before your appointment for guidance on medications and fasting
