To help your visit go smoothly, please review the information below.
Following these guidelines helps ensure your safety, comfort, and readiness for your procedure.

Before You Arrive


  • Bring your insurance card(s) and a valid photo ID

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as soon as possible:

  • Do not bring valuables such as jewelry, electronics, or large amounts of cash

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Please avoid makeup and nail polish

  • You will change into a hospital gown before your procedure

Transportation Reminder

  • You must have a responsible adult with you to drive you home after your procedure

  • You may receive medications that can cause drowsiness or delayed reaction time, making it unsafe to drive yourself

Fasting Instructions

  • Do not eat or drink anything for 8 hours before your appointment

    • This does not apply to vascular mapping or catheter removal procedures

  • If you are unsure whether this applies to your procedure, please call us.

Medications and Special Conditions

  • If you are taking blood thinners, please call our office for instructions

  • If you are diabetic, contact our staff before your appointment for guidance on medications and fasting
